B) Automatically collected information about your use of our services

Product usage data: We collect product usage data, such as printed pages, the printing function, the media used, the make of ink or toner, the type of file printed (.pdf, .jpg, and so on), the application used for printing (Word, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, and so on), file size, timestamp, and usage, and status of others print consumables. We are not scanning or collecting the content of any file or information that may be viewed through an application.

Device data: We collect information about your computer, printer and/or device as well as your operating system, memory size, region, language, time zone, model number, date of first use of the device, device age, date of manufacture, browser version, computer manufacturer, docking port, warranty status, device unique identifiers, ad identification and additional technical information that differs by product.

Application data: We collect information about Alfanet . applications. such as location, language, software versions, data sharing options, and update details.

Performance Data: Used print events, functions and alerts, such as "Out of ink" warnings, photo card usage, fax, scans, embedded web server, and additional technical information that varies by product.

 

Website navigation data: We collect information about your visits and activity on Alfanet's websites, applications or websites provided "with the support of" another company on our behalf, and about the content (and any advertisements) that you are viewing and interacting with, the address of the website from which you went, and other elements of your transfer behavior via links (such as pages that you visited view, links you click, or items you added to your cart).
