Alfanet A.E. (hereinafter: (Alfanet) it hereby informs in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter GDPR) and the provisions of national legislation on the protection of personal data (n. 4624/2019), in the capacity of Responsible Processing (in accordance with Art. 87, par. 1 n. This data protection policy concerns the processing of personal data in the context of the Epsilon Singular Logic SA Galaxy software which has a direct link to the GDPR.
- What personal data is collected and processed by Alfanet?
In the context of the operation of the ‘Galaxy of Epsilon Singular Logic SA’ software which is directly connected to the GME (hereinafter: Service) Alfanet processes personal data either for your entry into the Service, or personal data processed and publicized, in accordance with the applicable legislation, in particular under the provisions of the Law. and Articles 85 to 116 of Law No 4919/2022. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). n. No 4624/2019; Law No 4548/2018 on the reform of public limited companies law, n. 3190/1955 on the EIA, Articles 43-120 & 130 of the Law. 4072/2012 on IKE and Articles 249-294 of the Law. 4072/2012 on partnerships, as amended and in force.
In particular, such personal data shall be the following:
- Key Data: name, last name, middle name, e-mail, phone, country, city, street, number, address
- Unique identifiers: VAT number
- Financial data: payment method, payment amount
- Purposes of processing and the lawful basis for processing personal data
The purposes of processing personal data through the Service are the following:
- Registering the Business as a Alfanet Customer
- Manage requests for product orders.
Alfanet collects data from you directly and from the GEMI through electronic data input into the software “Galaxy of Epsilon Singular Logic SA” .
- Transmission of personal data
Alfanet does not transmit such data to third parties unless and in so far as it is provided for by the existing legislation as an obligation of the Commission.
Recipients of your personal data may be users of the Service, who are employees of the company.
- Data security
The security of your personal information is a high priority for Alfanet. Alfanet therefore protects your data through technical and organizational measures for the security and protection of these data against any form of accidental or unlawful processing. It is emphasized that Alfanet employees who process personal data are committed to confidentiality. The measures taken shall be reviewed and amended as necessary.
- Data Storage Duration
Your personal data shall be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they have been processed, unless a different retention period is provided for or permitted by applicable law.
- Your permissions
Alfanet protects and safeguards your rights in the use of your personal data and in particular you have the following rights:
- right of access to your personal data;
- right to rectify your personal data,
- right to limit the processing of your personal data (a) when you dispute the accuracy of personal data and until it is verified (b) when you oppose the deletion of personal data but do not wish to delete them, (c) when personal data are not necessary for the purposes of processing, they are however necessary for the foundation, exercise, support of legal claims, and (d) when you oppose the processing and until verification that there are legitimate reasons concerning us and prevail over the reasons why you oppose the processing.
- right to portability of your personal data to another Controller,
- right to object to the processing of your personal data,
- right to delete your personal data if you no longer wish to cooperate with Alfanet

Alfanet's reply to your request will take place within the statutory time limit of one (1) month from receipt of the request. If it is necessary to extend two (2) months in order to reply to your request, due to the complexity of this request or due to the large number of requests, Alfanet will provide you with a reasoned request as soon as possible.
If you do not have a reply to your request within (1) month you are entitled to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (postal address of Kifissia 1-3, T.K. 115 23, Athens, tel. 210. 6475600, e-mail: contact@dpa.gr).
- Automated decision making and profiling
Alfanet shall not take decisions solely on the basis of automated processing of personal data, nor shall it establish profiles, as set out in Article 22 GDPR.
Amendments to this Privacy Information
Alfanet may amend this Personal Data Protection Policy when it is deemed necessary in order to comply with legislative/regulatory changes, for curatorial purposes or to meet the needs of its members.
