Product Return Policy

Alfanet S.A. offers you the right to return products within 15 days from the date of receipt.

In case you wish to return the products you have ordered, they must be accompanied by the legal document (receipt/invoice), the copy of the order received by email and the proof of payment by credit card (in case the payment has been made by debit/credit card).

The returned products must be in perfect condition (as delivered) and in their original packaging. The return of the products should be made at the company's headquarters:

Otherwise the refund cannot be accepted.

The cost of returning the products is borne by the customer and the return request takes effect from the date of notification of the company.

For your own safety, in case of damage caused by the carrier, at the time of receipt of your order and before you sign, you should check the condition of the parcel and the product and then sign that the product has been well received.

If you are not sure, please sign receipt with reservation and inform our company immediately.

If the notification of the damage caused is not made on the day of receipt of the goods at the carrier - Courier, the point in time at which the carrier can take action against third parties is lost. In that case, Alfanet S.A. and the courier company shall not be liable for the consequences of the delivery of the goods.

In case of non-compliance with the above obligation of the customer, it will be taken for granted that the damage occurred after the delivery of the goods.

Alfanet S.A., always with a view to providing excellent service to its customers, in such cases takes the appropriate actions for the benefit of the customer, but the timeframe and immediate notification of the transport company - courier is necessary to be strictly observed.

In any case, the safest procedure is the accurate recording and counting of the goods upon receipt by the customer and in case of material damage or loss, to be co-signed by the truck driver.

The product that has been damaged in transit, please do not return it to our service department until the process of notification for compensation of the damage has been completed.

We assure our customers that upon completion of all of the above procedures, the product will be replaced or repaired immediately.

Products under warranty can be returned to the company for any technical inspection, in case of malfunction or defect during the warranty period.

The cost of returning the product is borne by the company, while the cost of reshipment, following repair or technical inspection, is borne by the customer. The return must be carried out by one of the partner product transport companies and delivered to the company's headquarters.

The product must be accompanied by the legal document (receipt/invoice).

In any case, in order for a return request to be accepted, you must filled in the RMA form
